The Professorship for International Management focuses on the human factor in multinational companies. We address current issues at the intersection of international management, organizational behavior, and human resource management, present our research at international conferences, and publish in leading journals. In order to prepare students for the demands of a globalized business world, we offer our courses in English and cooperate with international guest lecturers from academia and the private sector.

Open PhD position (f/m/d)

Starting 1 April 2026, we are seeking to strengthen our team at the Professorship for International Management. The position (75%, TV-L E13, initially for two years) offers the opportunity to pursue a doctorate (PhD) and to take on exciting responsibilities in research, teaching, and academic self-governance at one of Europe’s leading universities. Requirements include, among others, an excellent Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field as well as a strong interest in management research.
